Well Oiled Solutions proudly serves the Bakken Oil Field with operations based out of Williston and Watford City, North Dakota. Built on a foundation of experience, hard work, and industry knowledge, our company is committed to supporting the energy sector with reliable and high-quality services.
Our founder, Sheldon Follman, is a well-respected figure in the North Dakota oil and gas industry. Starting from the ground level, Sheldon worked his way up through the ranks—holding positions including Directional Driller (DD), Company Man, and Superintendent. Throughout his career, he has been involved in key developments that helped shape the Bakken into what it is today.
Well Oiled Solutions was originally established years ago under Follman Consulting and officially became its own entity in November 2025. Today, we continue to build on that legacy with a clear vision for the future.
